How long does the order take to ship?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your package. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:
The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.
The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. Usually, it takes 1-3 business days.
The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
You will receive a tracking number for your order after it is shipped via email, if this email does not arrive please check your Spam folder.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING NUMBER WON'T WORK?
If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed - Your order has been shipped out, and the delivery status will be updated within a few days.
The tracking numbers will become active when the item arrives in the country of delivery.
*You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. Autoolsee cannot make changes to your shipping address once your package has been shipped out, and Autoolsee is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.
*Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country / or the country you're shipping to. You will be responsible for additional charges that incur customs clearance, autoolsee has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, autoolsee recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information. Autoolsee will always comply with the law, and We kindly remind you to do the same. As importers, you are responsible to comply with all laws and regulations in your own countries.
*If you refuse the package due to import duties or taxes, you will take full liability for all the costs involved in the process.
*There may be unforeseen delays due to customs that are out of our control. Please allow adequate time for delivery prior to your special occasion. If you have any concerns, please contact your local post office for assistance with your tracking number
*If you don't receive the item but the tracking information displays the item has been delivered. Please contact your local logistic providers who responsible for the package and also contact us at the same time. We will help you survey it. We will refund or resend you after the package was confirmed to have been lost.
