Return and Refund Policy

Before you want to return the item to us, please read and follow the below instructions.
Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

 

1. Which situation does autoolsee provide return policy?

We promise to obey the return policy when the item has the problems bellow, and you can send back the item after we knowing your problem and what you need us to do.

  • The product has a quality problem. It can not work once you receive it, it encounters a crash in delivery causing you can not use it or it is damaged. In these situations, we will accept the return for a free exchange or full refund, and you will overtake the shipping cost for the return.
  • In some particular situations (for example, you do not want or dislike the item), our return policy can be opened for you. Please return to us after our customer service learning your particular problem and you will overtake the shipping cost for the return.
  • You order a wrong item or you find it is not the item you want to order (not quality problem), negotiate with our customer service to exchange for the right product, this exchange policy is also for you. You will overtake the shipping cost for the return.
  • If we miss-shipped the items, we will be responsible for the item exchange or return and the return fee. You can return the item to us after you contact our customer service. We will ship you the right item or refund after we check the returned item. The return fee is also refunded after we check the returned item.

Note: Please return to the address that our customer service provided and do not send the item back to the manufacturer. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse the refund.

2. Which situation autoolsee does not provide return policy?

Please check these details before you purchase them on autoolsee.com. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service, you can get our customer's service information from our website.

  • Beyond the return time limitation, we won't provide a return policy.
  • If the item is damaged by yourself, we can not provide return or exchange service for you. But you can return for repair.

3. What's the Time limitation for we accept return?

All returns for refund or return for exchange should be done within 30 days after you receive the item. Otherwise, we have the right to do not provide these two policies.

4. What do you need to do before returning?

  • You need to contact our customer service with your problem. What's wrong with your item and what you need us to do.
  • For the damaged product, you need to email our customer service a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging, please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). 
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We have a return warehouse in the USA, UK, China. Please contact our customer's service for a return address in detail.
  • When you confirm to return the items to us, please use ordinary airmail or EMS to return it, and ship to the address our customer service provides. Please do not use DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT or any other courier, because we can not get your return item and we will not responsible for that.
  • You need to keep in touch with our customer service to make sure we get the returned item. After we check the item, we will provide exchange service for you. We will inform you when everything is done. Please remember to check your email from time to time.

5.  When do you get your refund or replacement?

After we receive your returned item and check it in good condition, we will issue your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original method of payment within 1-3 working days. Please contact our customer service if you don't receive a refund.

After we receive your returned item and check it in good condition,  we will send you the replacement and email you the new tracking number in 1-3 working days.

6. What's our return address?

We will email you the return address after we accept your request for return or exchange, please don't return to the delivery address. We have the right to refuse a refund if we don't receive the returned package.

NOTE: You need to contact our customer service before you return your Goods.

7. How much the return handling fee?

There is not any handling fee of return or exchange. As for the shipping cost of the return, it depends on the situation and reason that you return. More details, please read the part "1. Which situation autoolsee provides return policy? ".

8. What is our guarantee policy?

The guarantee of our most products is one year. Before shipping out, all goods have been double verified by autoolsee.com. Our QC department will check for quality, including check the basic function of the hardware and software, the appearance, the packing, the necessary accessories, and the power adapter plug standard.  After finishing the quality check, our staff will carefully do the quality check and paste our own QC label in the form of month/date/year on every product.

If you have any using problems of the products bought from autoolsee.com please feedback to us firstly, we will discuss the issue with you. Via our technical support, we can dig out your using problem via our technical support (Teamviewer Help is needed sometimes) in most cases.

Lost Products: If your product get lost in delivery, or you still don’t get your item for a long time, please contact our customer service. We will deal with it as soon as possible. Please do not deal with it all by yourself, we want you to communicate with us. Usually, we will provide a tracking number and tracking link. If products are lost on the way and we get the proof from couriers, we will arrange a redelivery or refund for you. 

9. What is the repair policy?

  • When your product encounter broke after using some days and needs repair, we will provide a free repair service for you if your item in warranty. But if your item beyond warranty, you need to pay for the repair fee. (Detail fee please consult customer service for your order)
  • Please contact our customers service about the repair.
  • You need to use ordinary airmail to send the item back to us after we fix it, we will send the product back to you. We will not charge you for the delivery fee, but if you ask for express shipping, you need to pay for this.

10. Cancellation policy

  • You can get a full refund if you make a cancellation within 24 hours. Because usually, we ship the new order within 24 hours. Forget a full refund, please email us for the note.
  • If your cancellation made beyond 24 hours, please email our customer service first. If customer service confirms your order has not been ship out, you can get a full refund.
  • If your order has been proceeding but has not to get out of China(including Hongkong area), you can still cancel our order but you have to pay for the cancellation fee. (Detail fee please consult customer service for your order)
  • If the order already out of China, the order can not be canceled. If you want to cancel it, you need to send it back after you receive the package and you will need to undertake the return fee.
  • Please do not refuse the package without contacting us, otherwise, you will bear the loss if the package is lost.
